Analysis on the Bounded Rationality Dilemma and Contractual Governance of College-enterprise Cooperation from the Perspective of Industrial Clusters
Due to bounded rationality, vocational colleges and enterprises cannot predict all possible unexpected events during the cooperation process, and college-enterprise cooperation in vocational education faces contractual governance difficulties. In the environment of industrial clusters, there are a large number of enterprises in the same industry and they are geographically adjacent.Communication and exchanges between vocational colleges and enterprises are frequent, which can enhance mutual trust and gain rich cooperation experience, thus alleviating the problem of bounded rationality. It is recommended to improve vocational education laws and regulations based on the development of regional industries, formulate model contracts for college-enterprise cooperation by industry, summarize and promote the experience of college-enterprise cooperation in cluster areas, thereby improving the contract governance level of college-enterprise cooperation and promoting high-quality development of college-enterprise cooperation and industry education integration.
