Research on the Path of Higher Vocational College Students'Self-management
In the perspective of the new era,the management of college students is facing many new problems and situations,and how to solve them is a"new issue"in front of college education managers.Student management work should actively adapt to the new development situation,actively transform traditional management methods,systems,and concepts,completely transform managing students into serving them,establish a people-oriented management concept,and use students'self-management as an opportunity to promote students'comprehensive talent and healthy development.Combining the connotation and content of student autonomy management,this paper analyzes the problems in college student management work,and proposes scientific and reasonable application strategies.It is hoped to optimize the student management mechanism,highlight the status of student management,leverage the effectiveness of management and education,and promote the healthy,comprehensive,and rapid development of students.
