"三融三建"跨境电子商务专业学生职业素养培养路径研究

职业素养是职业生涯成长的关键要素.培养学生的职业素养既是人才培养目标的要求,也是为培养适应市场需求的专业人才奠定坚实的基础.基于《2022 年度中国电子商务人才状况调查报告》职业素养的数据分析,结合跨境电子商务专业学生职业素养培养实践及调查数据,提出"三融三建"跨境电子商务专业学生职业素养培养策略,即融入职业标准,产教融合构建协同育人机制;融入行业标准,校企合作构建专业课程体系;融入"第二课堂",校企协作共建实践平台.
An Analysis on the Professional Quality Training of Students Majoring in Cross-border E-commerce of"Three-integration and Three-construction"
Professional quality is the key element of career growth.Training students'professional quality is not only the requirements of talent training objectives,but also to train professionals to meet the market demand to lay a solid foundation.Based on the data analysis of the professional quality of China's E-commerce Talents Survey Report 2022,combined with the professional quality training practice and survey data of cross-border e-commerce students,this paper proposes a strategy of"three-integration and three construction"cross-border e-commerce students'professional quality training,that is,the integration into professional standards,to construct a collaborative education mechanism with industry-education integration;the integration into industry standards,to build a professional curriculum system by school-enterprise cooperation;the integration into the"second classroom",to create a practice platform through school-enterprise collaboration.
