摘要
针对职业学校学生岗位实习中存在的典型问题,从实习管理标准、规范和评价三个维度出发,围绕岗位实习教与学过程中质量控制关键要素,开展创新性研究,提出了"三层次三对接三达成"的岗位实习质量管控机制,解决实习岗位与专业岗位衔接错位,实习教学过程实施责任主体失位,实习评价考核运用机制缺位等的问题.经过实践应用,促进了组织管理目标、教学实施目标和评价考核目标的达成.其为职业本科层次学生岗位实习管理、教学、评价等工作提供了一定的经验参考.
Abstract
In response to the typical problems in vocational school students'job internships,starting from the three dimensions of internship management standards,norms,and evaluation,innovative research has been carried out around the key elements of quality control in the teaching and learning process of job internships.A"three-level,three-connection and three-achievement"job internship quality control mechanism has been proposed to solve the mismatch between internship positions and professional positions,the loss of responsibility subjects in the implementation of internship teaching process,and the absence of a mechanism for evaluating and assessing internships.Through practical application,it has promoted the achievement of organizational management goals,teaching implementation goals,and evaluation and assessment goals.It provides certain experience and reference for the management,teaching,and evaluation of job internships for vocational undergraduate students.
