提质培优背景下1+X课证融通实践路径研究

提升职业教育专业和课程教学质量是推进职业教育提质培优建设的重点任务.1+X证书制度作为国家职业教育改革的重大创新举措,是课程教学优化构建与有效实施的内在抓手,其中课证融通则是落实制度,为其增值赋能的关键环节.专业建设与X证书的结合有利于促进"三教"改革,实现人才培养的提质培优.以婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业为例,提出如下方略:目标构建方面,"政校行企"四方一体化育人;课程内容方面,"产教融合"定期动态化调整;课程实施方面,"虚实结合"实现数字化升级.从而在婴幼儿照护服务人才紧缺的社会背景下,提升学生托育岗位核心工作能力,实现了托育人才培养的提质培优.
Research on the Practice Path of 1+X Course Certificate Integration under the Background of Quality Improvement and Excellent Training
Improving the teaching quality of vocational education majors and courses is the key task to promote the construction of quality improvement and excellent training of vocational education.As a major innovative measure of the national vocational education reform,the 1+X certificate system is the internal starting point for the optimization,construction and effective implementation of course teaching,among which the integration of course and certificate is the key link to implement the system and add value.The combination of professional construction and X certificate is conducive to promoting the reform of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"and realizing the quality and cultivation of talent training.Taking infant and child care service and management major as an example,the following strategies are put forward:in terms of goal construction,the"government-college-industry-enterprise"four-way integration of education is implemented;in terms of course content,"industry-education integration"is dynamically adjusted regularly;in the aspect of course implementation,the digital upgrade is realized through"virtual and real combination".Therefore,under the social background of shortage of infant care services,the core work ability of students'childcare positions is improved,and the quality of childcare talent training is realized.
