摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展,社会对于高校学生精神与思想层面的培育提出了更高要求.本文以加强新形势下高校思想道德教育的意义作为切入点,分析了当前高校思想道德教育面临的主要挑战.同时,基于明确教育需求、推动内容迭代、创新教育方法、加强师资建设、健全管理机制、营造积极环境等角度,对提升新形势下高校思想道德教育水平的措施进行了阐述,力求为有关教育工作者提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,society has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of the spirit and ideology of college students.Taking the significance of strengthening ideological and moral education in universities under the new situation as the starting point,this paper analyzes the main challenges faced by current ideological and moral education in universities.Meanwhile,based on the perspectives such as clarifying educational needs,promoting content iteration,innovating educational methods,strengthening teacher construction,perfecting management mechanism,and creating a positive environment,etc.,the measures to improve the level of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities under the new situation are expounded,striving to provide references for relevant educators.
