民办高校思政课青年教师教学能力提升机制研究

摘要
民办高校是高等教育体系中的构成要素之一.作为实践技能型人才培养摇篮,民办高校不仅重视职业技能培养办学特色,还在人才培养过程中始终将落实"立德树人"的根本任务放在首位,故提升思政课青年教师教学能力一直是学校工作重点.基于此,本文以促进教学提质增效为目标,探究民办高校思政课青年教师教学能力提升机制建设路径,以期为优化实践提供支持.
Abstract
Private university is one of the important components in the higher education system.As the cradle of practical skill oriented talent cultivation,private universities not only attach importance to the characteristics of vocational skill cultivation,but also prioritize the fundamental task of"forstering virtue while cultivating people"in the talent cultivation process.Therefore,improving the teaching ability of young teachers in ideological and political courses has always been a key focus of the university's work.Based on this,this paper aims to promote the improvement of teaching quality and efficiency,and explores the construction path of the mechanism for improving the teaching ability of young teachers in ideological and political courses in private universities,in order to provide support for optimizing practice.
