摘要
新时代文明实践中心建设是党中央的一项重要的战略举措.属地高校具有属地独特的文化、科技与人力资源优势.其人才培养与社会服务的功能对校地开展新时代文明实践中心共建、共享、共赢具有独特育人与现实价值.坚持大学生实践育人的利益方思维的主体间性原则、建设运行的联动性原则、项目开展的可持续性原则,构建融合建设的长效机制,厘清合作内容向度,破解运行中的瓶颈,赋能新时代文明实践的校地融合大思政格局.
Abstract
The construction of civilization practice center in the new era is an important strategic initiative of the Communist Party of China.Universities have unique advantages in culture,technology and human resources,function of education and social service.Its function of talent training and social service is of unique educational and practical value for universities and the local government to build,share and achieve a win-win situation in the construction of civilization practice center in the new era.It is necessary to adhere to the intersubjectivity principle of the interest side thinking of college students'practice and education,the joint principle of construction and operation,and the sustainable principle of project development,so as to build a long-term mechanism of integration construction,clarify the content of cooperation,crack the bottleneck in operation,and enable the ideological and political pattern of university-local government integration in civilized practice in the new era.
