Research on the Cultivation Path of Legal Thinking of College Students under the Guidance of the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress
College students are the main target of legal education.Improving their level of legal thinking is related to the overall construction of the country's rule of law.Reality shows that college students need guidance from the new ideas and perspectives in consciousness,cognition,action,and path in the spirit of the 20th National Congress Report.This task must be approached from the perspective of cultivating moral character and cultivating qualified socialist successors.Therefore,we should break the previous single dimension,lack of cohesion,ignoring the cultural differences between Chinese and Western legal education mode,under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,through the classroom environment,campus environment,social environment,network environment and other dimensions,to promote the legal education of college students in an all-round and whole-process way.
