With the rapid advancement of information technology,the construction of smart campuses has become a crucial avenue for advancing educational modernization.The main objective of this paper is to investigate the rational allocation and sharing mechanisms of information service resources in smart campus learning environments.It aims to enhance learning efficiency,optimize the utilization of educational resources,and simultaneously promote comprehensive improvement in students'overall qualities.Through in-depth research into the background and development status of smart campuses,coupled with information technology and educational theory,this paper proposes effective resource allocation strategies and sharing mechanisms,intending to provide valuable guidance and insights for the construction of smart campuses.
