随着经济社会发展,各行业对高素质技术技能人才的需求升级与教育培养社会适应性不足的矛盾逐渐凸显.本文以财经类专业课程大数据财务分析为例,探索建立"岗课赛证"相融合的综合育人机制,分析"岗课赛证"内涵及融通的逻辑关系,构建基于"岗课赛证"融通的专业课程教学改革路径,进行财经类专业课程教学改革实践探索,以提升财务分析人才培养的社会适应性.
Research and Practice on the Teaching Reform of Finance and Economics Major Based on the"Post-course-competition-certificate"Integration
With the development of the economy and society,the contradiction between the upgrading demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in various industries and the insufficient social adaptability in education and training is gradually becoming prominent.This paper takes the big data financial analysis course of finance and economics majors as an example to explore the establishment of a comprehensive education mechanism that integrates"post-course-competition-certificate",analyzes the connotation and logical relationship of the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate",constructs a professional course teaching reform path based on the integration of"post-course-competition-certificate",and conducts a practical exploration on the teaching reform of finance and economics majors,so as to enhance the social adaptability of financial analysis talents.
