摘要
随着国家乡村振兴战略的推进,大学生返乡创业就业成为一个热门话题.本文对当前大学生返乡创业就业的现状进行了深入分析,指出了其面临的主要挑战,如教育与需求脱节、信息不对称、市场环境与竞争机制问题以及心态与期待值差异.在此基础上,提出了一系列针对性的策略建议,旨在促进大学生顺利返乡创业,为乡村振兴注入新的活力.
Abstract
With the promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy,the return of college students to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment has become a hot topic.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment,pointing out the main challenges they face,such as the disconnect between education and demand,information asymmetry,market environment and competition mechanism issues,and differences in mentality and expectations.On this basis,a series of targeted strategic suggestions have been proposed,aiming to promote the smooth return of college students to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and inject new vitality into rural revitalization.
