摘要
融媒体时代发展背景下辅导员网络思政工作的覆盖面更广,内容也更加融合,但是网络思政工作在开展时仍然面临很多困境.基于此,为解决融媒体时代下辅导员网络思政工作中辅导员缺少对融媒体的认识、辅导员融媒体素质参差不齐、网络思政工作内容落后等问题,本文根据融媒体时代下辅导员网络思政工作的机遇,提出加深辅导员对融媒体的认识、提高辅导员融媒体素质、创新网络思政工作内容等措施,以期为提高融媒体时代下辅导员网络思政工作创新水平提供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of the development of the convergence media era,the network ideological and political work of counselors has a wider coverage and more integrated content,but the network ideological and political work still faces many difficulties when it is carried out.Based on this,in order to solve the problems of counselors'lack of understanding of counselors'network ideological and political work in the era of convergence media,the uneven quality of counselors'network ideological and political work,and the backward content of network ideological and political work in this era,based on the opportunities of counselors'network ideological and political work in the era of convergence media,measures such as deepening the counselors'understanding of the convergence media,improving their convergence media quality,and innovating the content of the network ideological and political work are proposed in order to provide reference for improving the innovative level of the network ideological and political work of the counselors in the convergence media era.
