Exploration on the Path of Building an Internal Collaborative Supervision Mechanism in Universities to Empower High Quality Development
The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to establish a unified leadership,comprehensive coverage,authoritative and efficient supervision system,and promote the integration and coordination of various types of supervision.Universities must take internal Party supervision as the guide,actively explore and implement collaborative supervision mechanisms as a necessary measure to improve the development system and mechanism of the school,and effectively implement measures such as establishing work mechanisms,expanding supervision breadth,clarifying responsibility positioning,ensuring supervision implementation,implementing closed-loop management,ensuring the application of results,establishing smart platforms,improving supervision quality and efficiency,coordinating the complementary advantages,overlapping strengths,organic integration,and mutual coordination of various supervision forces in the school,weaving a dense supervision network,integrating supervision work with the internal requirements of high quality development,realizing the further strengthening of supervision functions,the integration of supervision forces,and the further improvement of supervision efficiency,forming a normal and long-term supervision force,and promoting the modernization of the school governance system and governance capacity.
