新时期深化体教融合背景下体校改革与发展探究

摘要
为推进体教融合理念深化落实,强调体育和教育有机结合,促进学生全面发展.本文阐述体教融合的核心思想,并分析深化体教融合对体校管理、发展的要求.在体教融合实践中,探讨体校改革与发展路径,提出发展意见,期望为学校管理人员提供经验借鉴.研究结果表明,人才培养体系、教学管理模式、加强文化构建、完善治理体系,是深化体校改革的主要举措.
Abstract
In order to deepen the implementation of the concept of integrating sports and education,it is emphasized to organically combine sports and education,and promote the comprehensive development of students.This paper elaborates on the core idea of integrating sports and education and analyzes the requirements of deepening integration of sports and education for the management and development of sports schools.In the practice of integrating sports and education,it is necessary to explore the reform and development paths of sports schools,propose development suggestions,and hope to provide experience and reference for school management personnel.The research results indicate that the talent cultivation system,teaching management model,strengthening cultural construction,and improving governance system are the main measures to deepen the reform of sports schools.
