Construction of Labor Education Practice System in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
Building a practice system of labor education in colleges and universities is a systematic project in the new era.It is an important task of educational reform and development.Also it is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.At present,labor education in colleges and universities has problems such as marginalized status,homogeneous content and separation of labor and education which are caused by biased labor cognition,imperfect labor education mechanism and lack of labor education teachers.In view of this,the construction mode of the labor education practice system is explored by analyzing the reasons for the systematic,unwhole and insufficient coordination of labor education.The constructive path is improving the system elements,doing a good job in overall planning and adhering to the practice system of labor education which could give play to its practical,holistic and collaborative functions.
