Research on the Reform of Psychological Health Education for College Students in the Internet Era
In the context of the the Internet era,new network technologies and network resources provide new teaching tools for mental health education.But at the same time,the complex virtual network environment,as well as the diversified Internet culture,also makes students show individual differences in psychological problems,increasing the difficulty of mental health education in colleges and universities.In response to the innovative opportunities and challenges faced by mental health education in the context of the Internet era,reform strategies are explored and specific practical methods are proposed,hoping to provide reference for psychological education in universities and promote the high-quality implementation of mental health counseling activities.
