Exploration and Practice of Building"Four Modernizations"Education Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Work-study Combination
Under the traditional student management mode,the student management in higher vocational colleges has typical defects such as superficiality,simplification,locality and one-sidedness,which restrict the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational education to a certain extent.Combining the characteristics of vocational college students and benchmarking the new requirements of youth work in the new era,this paper focuses on the main line of"talent cultivation".The"four modernizations"education mode,with the overall idea of promoting by the school,implemented by the secondary colleges and implementing by the classes,and through continuous exploration and practice in Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College,has innovated student management,enriched management approaches and carriers,and improved students'professional quality and comprehensive ability,in order to provide reference for the student management in higher vocational colleges.
