摘要
产业体系中的产业链离不开教育链和创新链的支撑.融合政校行企、科研院所多方共建的产业学院是区域经济发展到一定阶段的产物.通过剖析现代产业学院的耦合逻辑、基本特征,探讨当前的发展掣肘,提出适配的现代产业学院、搭建差异化平台、探索新型育人模式、打造"双师双能型"教师队伍和共建课程体系资源五个方面的建设路径,有序推动产教科"三链"深度融合发展.
Abstract
The industrial chain in the industrial system can not be separated from the support of education chain and innovation chain.It is the product of the development of regional economy that the industry college,which integrates the government,school,enterprise and scientific research institute,is built by many parties.By analyzing the coupling logic and basic characteristics of modern industry colleges,this paper discusses the current development constraints and provides five construction paths:adapting modern industrial college,building a differentiated platform,exploring a new educational model,building a double-qualified teaching force and jointly building curriculum system resources in order to promote the in-depth integration and development of industry,science and education in an orderly manner.
