摘要
职业能力是高职院校人才培养的落脚点,是企业录用员工的关键指标,更是学生实现优质就业的基础和前提.疫情后时代,高职学生知识技能相对薄弱,仅从课堂、教师等维度提升学生职业能力和就业效果作用有限,应从就业体制机制创新、校企联合培养、多方教育赋能等多方面培养提升学生职业能力,充分挖掘就业工作中的多元育人要素,积极探索学生有效就业的途径和方法,形成就业育人合力,全面提升学生就业质量,实现学生更充分和更高质量就业.
Abstract
Vocational ability is the foothold of talent training in higher vocational colleges,the key index for enterprises to hire employees,and the basis and premise for students to achieve high-quality employment.In the post-epidemic era,the knowledge and skills of higher vocational students are relatively weak,and the effect of improving students'vocational ability and employment effect is limited only from the dimensions of classroom and teacher.The vocational ability of students should be cultivated and promoted from various aspects such as employment system and mechanism innovation,school-enterprise joint training,and multi-educational empowerment,so as to fully tap the diversified educational elements in employment work and actively explore the ways and methods of effective employment of students,to form a joint force for employment education,to comprehensively improve the quality of student employment,and to achieve more adequate and higher quality employment for students.
