Exploration on the Self-care for Counselors in Private Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Mindfulness
This paper focuses on the current situation of varying degrees of job burnout caused by the enormous work pressure faced by counselors in private vocational colleges.From the perspective of"mindfulness",learning to accept,be patient,trust and other mindfulness concepts can provide some inspiration and reflection on the self-care of counselors,in order to alleviate their job burnout and enhance their sense of happiness.
