技能型社会下养老护理技能型人才校企协同培养路径

摘要
技能型社会的建成需要高素质技能型人才队伍的建设.应对人口老龄化的社会问题需要养老服务行业提高服务质量,高素质养老护理技能型人才培育问题亟需关注.高职院校作为人才培育的重要主体,在养老护理技能型人才培育过程中存在人才培养目标不准确、人才培养模式单一、人才培养体系缺乏科学性等问题,应加强校企深度融合,从育人观念、育人主体、育人过程、育人评价四个方面深化校企协同培养路径.
Abstract
The building of a skilled society requires the high quality skilled personnel.To deal with the social problems of aging population,the elderly care service industry needs to improve the service quality,and the cultivation of high-quality elderly care skilled talents needs urgent attention.As an important role of talent cultivation,higher vocational colleges have some problems in the process of cultivating skilled talents for elderly care,such as inaccurate training goals,single training mode and unscientific training system.We should strengthen the deep integration of school and enterprise,and deepen the cooperative training path of school and enterprise from four aspects:concept,subject,process and evaluation of education.
