"思政+就业"模式下高职学生就业教育的研究

摘要
做好学生思政教育和就业教育,是落实高校立德树人的重要环节.本文以柳州职业技术大学为例,对高职学生的就业思想、就业心理、就业观念和就业期望进行了调研,分析当前形势学生的就业环境现状,剖析影响学生就业难的原因,提出"思政+就业"育人的对策措施,通过课程融合、党团融合、校企融合、党团融合,促进课内外协同育人;通过就业帮扶、心理帮扶、咨询帮扶,完善就业帮扶体系;构建"微就业""微思政"网络就业育人平台,以此帮助学生高质量充分就业.
Abstract
Doing a good job in student ideological and political education and employment education is an important link in implementing the moral education and talent cultivation in universities.This paper takes Liuzhou Polytechnic University as an example to investigate the employment ideas,employment psychology,employment concepts,and employment expectations of vocational college students.It analyzes the current situation of the employment environment for students,analyzes the reasons that affect their employment difficulties,and proposes countermeasures for"ideological and political+employment"education.Through curriculum integration,Party and youth league integration,school-enterprise integration,and Party and youth league integration,it promotes collaborative education both inside and outside of class;improves the employment assistance system through employment assistance,psychological assistance,and counseling assistance;builds a"micro employment"and"micro ideological and political"network employment and education platform to help students find high-quality and full employment.
