数字经济的发展促使教育教学数字技术的转型,高校成长为教学-科研-创新综合体。教研室无论是战略还是组织、空间、技术以及文化都发生了革命性的变化。借助网络和通信工具,将拥有共同的研究方向的个体组织在一起,通过教学、科研等活动建立的虚拟学术组织,虚拟教研室的运行逻辑具有极大的开放性和任务导向。虚拟教研室围绕教研室的本质属性开展建设,建设的框架是围绕战略目标,构建战略任务、研究场景、基础设施、线上渠道、数据管理五个维度。
Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Section Based on the Structure of OPST
The development of digital economy promotes the transformation of digital technology in education and teaching,and colleges and universities grow into teaching-research-innovation complexes.The teaching and research sections have undergone revolutionary changes in strategy,organization,space,technology and culture.With the help of network and communication tools,individuals with a common research direction are organized together,and a virtual academic organization is established through teaching,scientific research and other activities,and the operation logic of the virtual teaching and research section has great openness and task orientation.The virtual teaching and research section is constructed around the essential attributes of the teaching and research section.The framework of the construction is to build five dimensions:strategic tasks,research scenarios,infrastructure,online channels,and data management around strategic goals.
