混合式教学模式在《中小企业创立与经营管理》课程中的应用

摘要
混合式教学模式结合了传统面对面教学和在线学习的优势,为学生提供了灵活、互动和实践的学习体验.本文分析了《中小企业创立与经营管理》课程教学面临的挑战,如学生对理论知识的消极态度和实践经验的缺乏.剖析了混合式教学模式的应用价值,具有提升学生的主动学习能力、增加课程实践性、提供灵活多样的教学方式、强化理论与实践的联系等重要作用.在此基础上,提出了实施混合式教学模式的策略,包括设计互动性强的在线学习活动、线下课堂重点指导和深入讨论、线上线下学习内容的有效衔接,以及根据学习反馈实时调整教学策略.
Abstract
The blended learning mode combines the advantages of traditional face-to-face teaching and online learning,providing students with a flexible,interactive,and practical learning experience.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the teaching of the course"Establishment and Management of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises",such as students'negative attitudes towards theoretical knowledge and lack of practical experience.On this basis,strategies for implementing a blended learning mode are proposed,including designing interactive online learning activities,providing key guidance and in-depth discussions in offline classrooms,effectively connecting online and offline learning content,and adjusting teaching strategies in real-time based on learning feedback.
