In the face of the ever-changing educational situation in the new era,the traditional teaching management mode of colleges and universities can no longer meet the actual work needs,and it is urgent to make some optimization and adjustment for it,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of the quality of college running and education work.This study mainly points out the significance of optimizing and innovating college teaching management in the new era,analyzes the existing problems in college teaching management,clarifies the basic principles followed in the process of optimizing and innovating college teaching management,and explores the path of optimizing and innovating college teaching management from different angles,with a view to building a perfect teaching management mode and improving the efficiency of teaching management,so as to promote the sustainable development of universities.
