Construction and Promotion Paths of Curriculum Leadership of Young Teachers in Local Universities
The construction of curriculum leadership and curriculum rights of young teachers in local colleges and universities is the key to improving the quality of classroom teaching.However,young teachers have less curriculum rights and it is difficult to promote the development of curriculum leadership.Young teachers lack the consciousness of curriculum autonomy,and the subject status of curriculum needs to be restored.The cooperation consciousness of teachers in the curriculum field is weak,and there are closed and self-locking phenomena.In order to form the demonstration power of curriculum practice,young teachers need to wake up the consciousness of curriculum autonomy and regain the subject status of curriculum.The curriculum development community should be established in the curriculum field to promote the development of young teachers'multi-roles in the curriculum.Universities should expand the freedom of curriculum space of young teachers,increase curriculum rights,build a democratic and relaxing administrative culture system,ensure the implementation and practice of curriculum leadership,so as to give full play to the guiding force of curriculum value.Teachers should have the consciousness of curriculum culture and exert the leading power of curriculum culture.
