In recent years,the number of retired and returning college students has been increasing year by year.How to do a good job in the education and management of retired and returning college students,ensure their legitimate rights and interests,and enable them to smoothly carry out their studies,life,graduation,and even employment and entrepreneurship work is not only an important goal of practicing the people-oriented education concept,but also an important guarantee for improving the teaching quality and management level of universities.This paper aims to explore in detail the current situation,existing problems,and effective countermeasures of retired and returning college students,focusing on the educational management methods of retired and returning college students,which is of typical practical significance.
