Under the background of the new era,we will carry out career planning courses for college students,pay attention to students'personal development,point out the professional direction for students,enhance students'employment competitiveness and workplace adaptability,so as to make contributions to the development of society.However,the previous situation of career planning courses is not optimistic.In the final analysis,some instructors of career planning courses are not professional,students'learning awareness is not strong,their cognition of social environment is weak and the education form is single.In order to change this situation,colleges and universities should analyze the specific coping strategies according to the current situation of career planning courses,optimize the education of college students'career planning,and lay a foundation for their future career development.
