Construction Ideas and Practices of Tourism Management Specialty Group from the Perspective of Chinese-style Apprenticeship
This paper takes the construction of tourism management specialty group of Hainan College of Software Technology as an example,summarizes the college's early apprenticeship construction experience,analyzes the significance of the construction of Chinese-style apprenticeship for tourism management specialty group,and carries out the reform of talent training mode of Chinese-style apprenticeship based on the logic of tourism industry agglomeration.This paper puts forward the concrete measures to carry out the talent training mode of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics in tourism management specialty group.The first is to establish a talent training mode of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics based on the characteristics of tourism management specialty groups;the second is to reconstruct the curriculum system of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics for tourism management specialty groups with the construction of curriculum system as the core;the third is to stimulate the subjective initiative of teachers and build a"bilingual and dual-ability"teaching innovation team of tourism management specialty groups;the fourth is to build the core curriculum teaching resources of the tourism management specialty group;the fifth is to build the social service team of the tourism management specialty group.
