体育运动赋能高职学生心理健康素养的内在机理与实现路径研究

社会新常态下,当代高职学生的生活方式发生了深刻的变化,沉迷于网络和手机等媒体导致运动不足、人际交流减少,高职学生心理问题频发。以体育运动赋能为切入点,提出"体育与心育深度融合,提升学生心理健康素养"的工作思路,发挥学校政策机制的推动作用,融汇家、校、社资源有效整合力量,营造积极参与的社区体育文化氛围,抓根本强师资、抓载体强功能、抓活动强特色,体育运动和心理健康教育同频共振。减少对虚拟世界的依赖,更多地参与社会活动,加强人际交流,促进积极情绪、积极人格的培养,增加环境适应能力,形成导向鲜明、职责清晰的心理育人新生态。
Research on the Intrinsic Mechanism and Implementation Path of Sports Empowering Mental Health Literacy for Higher Vocational College Students
Under the new social norm,the lifestyle of contemporary higher vocational college students has undergone profound changes.Excessive reliance on media such as the Internet and smartphones has led to insufficient physical activities and decreased interpersonal communication,resulting in frequent mental health problems among higher vocational college students.Based on the idea of empowering higher vocational college students'mental health literacy through sports,this study proposes a work approach to"deep integration of sports and mental education to enhance students'mental health literacy".The study suggests leveraging the driving role of school policy mechanisms,integrating the resources of families,colleges and communities,and creating an empowered path of communal culture for sports participation.This includes strengthening teacher qualifications,enhancing the function of physical education facilities,and organizing distinctive activities,aiming to achieve resonance between sports and mental health education.The ultimate goal is to foster positive emotions,cultivate positive personalities,enhance adaptability and establish a clear and responsible new ecology of psychological education.
