Research on the Path of Higher Vocational English Teachers' Development in the Implementation of the New Curriculum Standards—Based on the Experience of Participating in Vocational College Teaching Ability Competitions
At present,the practical research on the new curriculum standards for the development of higher vocational English teachers is lacking,but this is one of the most urgent problems.This project studies the individual member who participate in the teaching ability competition,and finds that through the competition,individual teacher can be fully motivated to comprehensively use the six major ways of teacher development proposed in the new curriculum standard:in-depth study of new policies and documents,active participation in highly targeted training and topics,strengthening their English language ability,updating and innovating teaching models,making full use of information technology,and teamwork to expand professional and workplace fields.Through these six major ways,teachers can achieve good results in the competition and realize the transformation from task-oriented teachers to self-renewal teachers.
