Ideological and political education is an important part of higher education.Traditional ideological and political education is mainly in the form of classrooms.Although it can improve students'ideological level,its effectiveness is limited.It is crucial to build a collaborative education mechanism between ideological and political courses and counselors in universities.This paper will analyze the practical needs of implementing collaborative education models in universities,based on the goals of university education,clarify the principles of implementing collaborative education models in universities,explore ways to achieve collaborative education between ideological and political teachers and counselors,and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.It is hoped that through this paper's research,it can provide reference for relevant industries.
