Research on the Talent Training Model of Marketing Majors in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Background of Digital Transformation
This paper focuses on the issue of talent cultivation in vocational marketing majors.Firstly,it clarifies the new requirements for talents in higher vocational marketing majors under the digital background,that is,possessing digital collection,analysis,and application capabilities.Then,based on the current situation of talent cultivation in marketing majors,it analyzes the problems in training objectives,classroom systems,and training models.Finally,targeted optimization measures are proposed,aiming to achieve"differentiated"cultivation.By improving the professional curriculum system and building an industry university research cooperation platform,it is aimed to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in running schools,and cultivate more digital applied professional talents.
