新时代高职院校"双创"教育与劳动教育融合路径研究

新时代背景下,高职院校将"双创"教育与劳动教育进行深度融合,是培养创新技术技能人才的重要途径,是开展创造性劳动的必然要求。由于"双创"教育与劳动教育相互联系、相互促进,为两者在目标、内容和方式上的融合提供了可能。但是在实际教育过程中,往往由于融合理念不统一、融合资源整合效率较低、融合机制有待完善等现实的制约因素,需要通过制定融合育人的教育目标、构建多元化的共享课程体系、优化师资队伍的教育水平等途径,为两者融合提供最优策略,从而进一步提高协同育人效果,为社会培养和输送更多优秀的高素质技术技能型人才。
Research on the Integration Path of"Double Innovation"Education and Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
Under the background of the new era,the deep integration of"Double Innovation"education and labor education in higher vocational colleges is an important way to train innovative technical skills and an inevitable requirement for creative labor.As"Double Innovation"education and labor education are interrelated and promote each other,it is possible for them to integrate in goals,contents and ways.However,in the actual education process,due to practical constraints such as inconsistent integration concepts,low integration efficiency of integration resources,and incomplete integration mechanism,it is necessary to provide the optimal strategy for the integration of the two by formulating educational goals for integration,building a diversified shared curriculum system,and optimizing the education level of teachers,so as to further improve the effect of collaborative education,and train and convey more excellent high-quality technical and technical talents for the society.
