At present,poor college students are facing not only economic poverty,but also psychological poverty.Compared with economic assistance,the attention to their psychological status are low.The current psychological assistance is also more inclined to"passive remedy",with a single method and poor effectiveness.Guided by the theory of positive psychology,this paper advocates"positive defense",which focuses on the development and shaping of individual positive potential,and changes the internal factors by exploring,strengthening and developing the positive psychological factors of the subject,so as to fundamentally solve and prevent psychological problems.Based on the theory of positive psychology,an innovative mechanism of individual-family-school-society is constructed,so as to expand the methods of psychological assistance for poor college students,strengthen the individual psychological defense mechanism,and enhance the effectiveness of mental health education.
