In the era of big data,people's daily life has been refreshed and improved at all levels,the economy has shown a new growth momentum,the society has ushered in a new development trend,the field of education has also ushered in new opportunities,and the wide application of digital media has made people's thinking and behavior patterns undergo profound changes.In this era of rapid development of informatization,the traditional college student management and ideological and political education model can no longer meet the current social demand for talents,so it is necessary to innovate the management model,improve management efficiency,and cultivate high-quality talents.Based on this,this paper explores the innovative integration of college student management and ideological and political education in the era of big data,in order to provide reference for related work.
