Curriculum Reform and Practice for Research-oriented Talent Cultivation
In order to effectively carry out the teaching reform and practice of research-oriented talent courses,this paper summarizes and analyzes and puts forward management countermeasures and suggestions for the current curriculum implementation and practice such as the weakening of the course training direction,the practicality of course cases not being stimulated,the representation of the reform subject,and the lack of evaluation and feedback of management,combined with the characteristics of research-oriented talent education.Combine theory and practice to effectively improve the quality of reform;reform to encourage research-oriented talents to participate in curriculum practice independently;in the reform,attention is paid to the positive role of evaluation and feedback.
