摘要
劳动教育课程是开展劳动教育的重要载体.基于江苏省某城市三所地方应用型本科高校的调查发现,劳动教育课程体系存在建设理念滞后、课程内容片面、课程资源缺乏和评价方式单一四大偏差,究其原因,与顶层设计缺位、物质基础薄弱、多元主体消极认同相关.对此,提出要通过打造学校特色课程体系、加强师资队伍和实践基地建设、健全劳动教育管理评价机制和建立学校、家庭、社会协同育人机制等途径,增强劳动教育质量.
Abstract
Labor education course is an important carrier for carrying out labor education.Based on the investigation of three application-oriented undergraduate universities in a city in Jiangsu Province,it is found that there are four major deviations in the labor education course system,namely,lagging construction concept,biased course content,lack of course resources,and a single evaluation method,which are related to the lack of top-level design,weak material foundation,and negative identification of multiple subjects.In this regard,it is proposed that the quality of labor education should be enhanced by creating a school-specific course system,strengthening the construction of faculty and practice bases,improving the evaluation mechanism of labor education,and establishing a mechanism for collaborative education among schools,families,and society.
