摘要
随着经济数字化转型加速,产业融合特征愈发明显,产业学院成为推动产教融合变革的重要载体.宿迁学院京东现代产业学院构建六方联动机制,积极探索融合数字经济行业资源、前沿技术、真实业务、产业人才的"四融四化"产教融合新模式.该模式通过引入数字经济多维度技术、融入数字经济业务群场景、嵌入数字经济产业链演进实现产教深度融合,呈现以前沿技术革新教学内容突破产教壁垒、以实际业务锚定专业技能突显产业需求、以产业人才催化师资队伍突出应用导向等特点.
Abstract
With the acceleration of economic digital transformation,the characteristics of industrial integration have become increasingly evident,and industrial colleges have become an important carrier for promoting the transformation of industry education integration.Jingdong Modern Industry College of Suqian University has established a six party linkage mechanism,actively exploring a new model of"four integrations and four modernizations"of industry and education integration that integrates digital economy industry resources,cutting-edge technology,real business,and industrial talents.This model achieves deep integration of industry and education by introducing multi-dimensional technologies in the digital economy,integrating into the digital economy business cluster scenario,and embedding in the evolution of the digital economy industry chain.It presents characteristics such as breaking through barriers to industry and education with cutting-edge technology innovation teaching content,highlighting industry needs with actual business anchoring professional skills,and highlighting application orientation with industry talent catalytic teaching staff.
