摘要

劳动教育与专业教育协同育人是培养学生具备创造性的劳动技能和扎实的技术素养的必然之路,是高等学校坚持内涵式发展的重要内容.通过对协同教育必要性的探索,进一步理清协同育人的逻辑关系及存在的问题,提出劳动教育与专业教育协同育人的融通路径,能帮助学生树立正确的劳动品质观,并能为培养具有职业技能和劳动素养的高素质技术技能型人才提供新思路.

Abstract

Cooperative education of labor education and professional education is an inevitable way to train students to have creative labor skills and solid technical literacy,and is an important content of the connotative development of colleges and universities.Through exploring the necessity of collaborative education,this paper further clarifies the logical relationship and existing problems of collaborative education,and puts forward the integration path of collaborative education between labor education and professional education,so as to help students establish a correct view of labor quality and provide new ideas for cultivating high-quality technical talents with vocational skills and labor literacy.
