实践育人是党和国家对应用型高校提出的人才培养新命题.第二课堂是实践育人的有效形式,是应用型高校人才培养体系重要组成部分,具有鲜明的系统化、规范化、课程化的特征.第二课堂存在系统化不强、活动分散化,规范化不足、活动无序化,课程化不够、活动低层次等问题.通过革新问题,构建以目标体系为导向、以内容体系为核心、以运行体系为支撑、以评价保障体系为基础的第二课堂"四位一体"实践育人框架体系,为应用型高校培养高素质应用型人才提供参考.
Construction of"Four-in-one"Practical Education Framework System in the Second Classroom of Applied Colleges and Universities
The second classroom is an effective form of practical education,with distinct characteristics of systematization,standardization and curriculum.By innovating the low level,decentralization,disorder and other problems of the second classroom,the"four-in-one"practical education framework system of the second classroom is constructed,which is oriented by the goal system,with the content system as the core,supported by the operation system,and based on the evaluation and guarantee system,and provides references for application-oriented universities to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.
