Research is conducted on the cultivation and development of newly recruited young teachers in universities,pointing out the characteristics of their enthusiasm,innovation awareness,and career development needs,as well as the challenge of lacking professional experience.On this basis,the proposed training and development strategies have significant advantages and can address the difficulties faced by young teachers in adapting to the university environment and enhancing their professional abilities.Specific measures include establishing a structured mentor system,strengthening initial education and on boarding training,and establishing peer support and communication networks.These strategies not only promote the personal and professional development of new teachers,but also provide effective ways for universities to cultivate high-quality educational talents.
