正确的劳动观是指导大学生行为的依据,直接反映着社会主义建设者与接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平.当今大学生面临劳动共情能力差、劳动观的功利化现象严重、体力劳动意识淡薄、脑力劳动能力缺乏等诸多问题.在劳模精神的指引之下,大学生要对标劳动模范群体品格特质,学到、悟到、实践到.本文以"劳模精神"为指引,分析劳动模范身上正确的劳动观,从而指导培养新时代大学生通过学习、探索、实践等途径成为强国建设的重要力量.
Abstract
The correct labor view is the basis to guide the behavior of college students,which directly reflects the labor spiritual outlook,labor value orientation and labor skill levels of socialism's builders and successors.Nowadays,college students are faced with many problems,such as poor labor empathy ability,serious utilitarian phenomenon of labor concept,weak awareness of physical labor,lack of mental work ability and so on.Under the guidance of the spirit of model workers,college students should benchmark,learn and practice the characteristics of model workers.Instructed by the"spirit of model workers",this paper analyzes the correct labor view that model workers have,instructing and leading college students to be a crucial force for constructing a strong country in the new era through study,exploration and practice.
