以劳动教育实现"五育融合"的路径探析

"五育融合"是全面育人的应有之义,也是教育发展的大势所趋.随着劳动教育的回归和全面落实,教育现状已然实现从"五育不全"到"五育并举"的转变,但"五育断裂"问题仍存在.因此,当前要把握全面落实劳动教育的重要契机,充分发挥其综合育人的独特作用,推进和实现"五育并举"到"五育融合"的新转变,使"五育"之间相互融合形成育人合力,即在德育、智育、体育、美育中增加劳育的内容和在劳育中融入德育、智育、体育、美育的方式,才能有效地解决"五育断裂"问题,从而更好地培养出德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人.
Exploration on the Path of Realizing the"Integration of Education in Five Aspects"by Means of Labor Education
"Integration of education in five aspects"is the proper meaning of comprehensive education,and is also a major trend in the development of education.With the return and full implementation of labor education,the status quo of education has already realized the transformation from"incomplete education in five aspects"to"simultaneous development of education in five aspects",but the problem of"fracture of education in five aspects"still exists.Therefore,at present,we should grasp the important opportunity to fully implement labor education,give full play to its unique role of comprehensive education,promote and realize the new transformation from"simultaneous development of education in five aspects"to"integration of education in five aspects",so that the"education in five aspects"can be integrated to form a synergy of education,i.e.,to increase the content of labor education in moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education,and to integrate moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education into labor education,in order to effectively solve the problem of"fracture of education in five aspects",and to better cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-around development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.
