Research on the Reform of Mental Health Education for College Students from the Perspective of Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness training can help college students improve their physical and mental health and sense of well-being in life,enabling them to effectively cope with various problems and challenges in their study and life.Based on the analysis of the impact of mindfulness training on college students'mental health,this paper will explore the significance of mindfulness training in the application of college students'mental health education in the new era,fully integrate the design of college students'mental health education based on mindfulness training,and propose some theoretical reference suggestions for mindfulness training education to ensure the forward-looking application of mindfulness training in college students'mental health education.
