1+X证书制度下的人才培养质量评价

"1+X"证书制度是我国职业教育改革的重要创举,推动了人才培养质量评价体系的改革.然而,从评价主体来看,校、企、政等多元主体协同不足;从评价内容来看,课证融通还不够深入;从评价方法来看,评价体系还有较大欠缺等问题.据此,通过校企共建产业学院、实施订单班人才培养模式、加强对第三方评价机构的监管等方法提升多元主体协同力度;通过课程内容对接岗位职责、教学过程对接工作过程等方法推进课证融通;通过教学评价改革,实施基于"X"证书的增值评价,优化评价体系.
Quality Evaluation of Talent Cultivation under the 1+X Certificate System
The"1+X"certificate system is a significant innovation in China's vocational education reform,promoting the reform of the talent cultivation quality evaluation system.However,there are several issues:insufficient collaboration among diverse entities such as schools,enterprises,and government in evaluation;inadequate integration of coursework and certification;and significant deficiencies in the evaluation methods.To address these issues,enhancing collaboration among multiple entities can be achieved through jointly establishing industry colleges by schools and enterprises,implementing order-class talent training models,and strengthening the supervision of third-party evaluation agencies.Advancing coursework and certification integration can be pursued by aligning course content with job responsibilities and teaching processes with work processes.Finally,optimizing the evaluation system can be done through teaching evaluation reforms and implementing value-added evaluations based on the"X"certificate.
