摘要
涉农高职院校在农业技能人才培养过程中有意识地开展劳动教育是推动劳动教育贯穿育人全过程的需要.目前涉农高职院校仍普遍存在学生劳动意识淡薄,开展劳动教育缺乏学科和教师基础,劳动教育专业特色不明显、标准缺失等问题.为此涉农高职院校要进一步完善劳动教育体系建设、整合家校社资源、强化教师队伍建设,以提升劳动育人时效性.
Abstract
It is necessary to promote labor education through the whole process of education in agricultural higher vocational colleges in the process of cultivating agricultural skilled personnel.At present,there are still some problems in agricultural higher vocational colleges,such as students'weak labor consciousness,the lack of discipline and teacher foundation in carrying out labor education,and the lack of obvious professional characteristics of labor education.Therefore,agricultural higher vocational colleges should improve the construction of labor education system,integrate the resources of school cooperatives,and strengthen the construction of teachers,in order to improve the timeliness of labor education.
