Demand Analysis,Practical Problems and Path Exploration on the Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Stakeholders
The industry-education integration is a deep cooperation between industry and education,and is also the key to accelerating the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system..Based on stakeholder theory,the interests of the government,industry,enterprises and schools are analyzed.The practical problems in the integration of industry and education have been thoroughly analyzed,including the lack of government implementation guarantee and evaluation system,the"two skins"problem,the insufficient driving force for enterprises to participate,the weak professional ability of industry associations to guide,and the weak internal skills and understanding of vocational colleges.The practical paths of the integration of industry and education are discussed from three aspects:establishing and improving the policy system,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and carrying out various forms of cooperation mode.
