The proposal of cultivating moral character and cultivating talents clarifies the new direction of ideological and political education,and enhances the inherent pertinence of ideological and political education.Open education should rely on the development of higher education,further explore new paths of ideological and political education from the perspective of cultivating moral character and cultivating talents,fully build a new system of ideological and political education based on improving teachers'educational ability,effectively utilize basic strategies such as strengthening educational affinity,enhancing educational adaptability,and cultivating educational cooperation ability,and create favorable conditions for the improvement of the ability of ideological and political course teachers,to help ideological and political teachers better grasp the initiative of open education curriculum teaching,enhance their comprehensive educational abilities,and provide educational guarantees for them to leverage their professional teaching advantages.
